- Create a 3D sculpture of some everyday household object - chair, table, lamp, book, etc.
Objective(s):
- How can you use paper to create 3D forms?
- How can you represent an object in the most realistic way?
Materials:
- 1-2 sheets of white paper (any kind will do) the size of office paper.
- Scissors.
- Adhesive: Glue, tape, staples, etc.
Instructions:
- Create a paper sculpture of an everyday object from your dwelling.
- You may cut, fold, tear, crumple, wrinkle, etc. the paper.
- Work on the overall 3D form first - basic form of the object.
- Add details like the small parts, etc.
- All details must be made of paper - drawing is only allowed to mark the paper for cutting, tearing, etc.
- Work on it during LIVE Zoom meeting.
- Complete it during WORK TIME.
- Take a photo of your completed Paper Household Object
- When you take the photograph, make sure the object fills up the frame.
- Make sure it is against a neutral background - white, gray, black.
