- Slowly raise one arm up over the head while doing an ascending vocal slide on the word "UP," saving the "P" until the arm is all the way up. The vowel sound is between "UH" and "AH."
- Repeat with the other arm.
- Next Step:Repeat with a descending slide on the word "DOWN," using the vowel sound "AH," saving the "N" until the arm is all the way down.
