- Watch this slide presentation if needed:
- Consider these questions:
- Can you identify Photo Composition schemes?
- Can you find photos that highlight each of them?
- Go to Google Images
- Choose a subject to search (e.g. nature, travel, urban, etc.)
- You may choose several.
- You may find that some work better than others for this activity.
- Make sure you are searching for Creative Commons images.
- Within the results, choose 5 photos that highlight each of the Photo Composition Schemes.
- Rule of Thirds
- Leading Lines
- High Contrast
- Illusion of Depth
- Repetition
- Make sure they are photographs, not graphics
- Download, rename, and save each photo to your computer.
- Review steps 3-5 from above if needed: Searching for Images in Google
- Open the quiz:
- Answer the questions.
